Add data user interface

The Add Data button from ArcGIS ribbon or the Esri_AddData command invokes the interface to Add and Create data.

Add user

The Add Data button from the ArcGIS ribbon invokes a dialog with two main tabs Add and Create. The Add tab allows you to search for and add content from the current portal to your drawing.

Create user interface

The Create tab provides you access to the gallery of feature layer template files that you can select to add document feature layer definitions and pre-defined layer symbology, and point symbology such as applied blocks to your drawing, as well as other methods to create document feature layers.Create user interface components
