Legacy:
The Minimalist template was deprecated in November 2022. Apps created from this template will continue to work and you can still edit the app configuration, but the app won't get code updates. As a replacement, you can create a similar app with the Sidebar template to get the latest updates. Sidebar has a very similar configuration experience, plus more optional capabilities, such as editing, custom themes, and so on.
The Minimalist template showcases a map with options to include a legend, item description, and pop-up information in a side panel. This app maximizes the view of the map in a simplified layout so users with any level of experience can navigate and explore the app. You can present a map with feature layers, imagery, or feature collections. You can also include spatial bookmarks to guide users to points of interest and a screenshot tool to capture images of the map. Add a custom header to the app to match the theme of your organization.
Data requirements
