General improvements
3D Basemaps- Added deep learning for power line classification in lidar.
- Added the ability to extract power line features from lidar.
- Any web map with feature layers can now be quickly added to your 3D basemap.
- Updated Nearby Instant apps to use new filter and search by extent functionality.
- A new version of the Coronavirus Site Safety Form that resolves an input mask issue with the Contact Phone field.
- Updated the Election Manager project from ArcGIS Workforce Classic to ArcGIS Workforce.

- An update to the Fire Service Maps ArcGIS Pro project to resolve an issue with the replace layer tool.
- An update to the Homeless Counts form to support modified demographic questions, based on the HUD 2022 Point-in-Time count data standards.
- A new Homeless Count Dashboard.
- A new HUD Report notebook that supports the updated data standards.
- Updated the Download Photo Attachments notebook.
- Updated the Transit Mitigation Assignments project from ArcGIS Workforce Classic to ArcGIS Workforce.
Lifecycle changes
- Address Field Operations for ArcGIS Online has been moved to Mature Support Lifecycle Phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Address Data Management.
- Multi Source Data Feeds for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 - 10.8.1 has been moved to Mature Support Lifecycle Phase.
- Capital Improvement Planning has been moved to Mature Support Lifecycle Phase.
- Opioid Awareness Maps, Health Resource Inventory, Naloxone Deployment Reporter, Drug Activity Reporter, Drug Drop-off Locator, Drug Drop-off Calculator, Opioid Treatment Locator, Pain Management Locator, and Opioid Response Dashboard have moved to the Mature Support Lifecycle Phase. Capabilities have been replaced with the Opioid Epidemic Outreach.
- SnowCOP has been moved to Mature Support Lifecycle Phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Winter Weather Operations and Winter Weather Outreach.
- Street Tree Inventory has been moved to Mature Support Lifecycle Phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Tree Management.
- Tactical Operation Planning, Tactical Operation Surveillance, and Tactical Operation Dashboard has been moved to Mature Support Lifecycle Phase. Capabilities replaced with ArcGIS Mission.
- Tax Map Book has been moved to Mature Support Lifecycle Phase.
- The following Public Safety solutions has been moved to Mature Lifecycle Phase: Community Impact Reporter, Community Impact Dashboard, and My Hazard Info.
