General improvements
Address Data Management- The Address Data Management project now includes the following enhancements:
- The road centerline feature class schema and attribute rules have been updated to support integration with ArcGIS Roads and Highways at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and ArcGIS Pro 3.3.
- The Split tool can be used to split existing roads and update the address range for each road segment based on the location of the split.
- The field availablecapacity has been removed from StructureEdgeObject because it is no longer used.
- The field maximumcapacity has been removed from StructureEdgeObject because it is no longer used.
- The domain Wire_Duct_Diameter has been assigned to the diameter field for the subtype Wire Conduit Fitting on StructureJunctionObject so that conduits have a valid list of diameter values.
- The domain Wire_Duct_Diameter_mm has been assigned to the diameter_metric field for the subtype Wire Conduit Fitting on StructureJunctionObject so that conduits have a valid list of diameter values.
- The Asset Group Building Riser has been copied from Electric Utility Network Foundation and added to the StructureJunctionObject class so that building risers can be modeled in this solution.
- The domain of Structure_Wall_Position has been assigned to the Wall ID field on StructureJunctionObject so the wall ID can be selected from a drop-down list.
- The Structure Lines' Wire Duct Bank/Duct Bank Asset Group/Type Edge Connectivity has been set to Any Vertex to allow for midspan connections.
- The Communications_Tower_Height attribute domain has been added to the geodatabase to support Tower Height values.
- The Communications_Tower_Height_Metric attribute domain has been added to the geodatabase to support Tower Metric Height values.
- The Communications_Tower_Height domain has been assigned to the Height field on StructureJunction so the height of towers can be selected from a drop-down list.
- The Communications_Tower_Height_Metric domain has been assigned to the Height field on StructureJunction so the height_metric of towers can be selected from a drop-down list.
- The Structure_Wall_Position domain has been assigned to the Wall ID field on StructureJunction so the wall ID can be selected from a drop-down list.
- The field ribbongroupid has been added to CommuncationEdgeObject to support a ribbon cable ID.
- The D_Configurations and D_Rename tables have been moved to a seperate geodatabase to simplify the application of the entire communications model.
- The prefix of STR: has been added to all Structure Network Categories to simplify the identification of structure categories.
- The Data Dictionary has been replaced with reports generated from the Generate Schema Report geoprocessing tool.
- The Pole editor templates have been updated in the Communications Utility Network Foundation project to resolve an incorrect Asset Type (BUG-000166283, BUG-000166286, BUG-000166285).
- ArcGIS Workforce Classic project was removed and assignment functionality was replaced with the ArcGIS Survey123 inbox.
- The subnetwork definitions' summaries have been removed because they are not required and can slow down the update subnetwork process. If summary information is required, it can be calculated through a trace.
- The Lifecycle and Construction status domains have been updated to align with other utility network foundation solutions. The lifecycle domain codes have been reduced to a minimum set of codes, defined by bits, to identify if a feature is in or out of the subnetwork/trace. The construction status domain is used to defined additional states an asset may be in.
- The Lifecycle Status Network Attribute has been moved to Inline to reduce database queries through trace and update subnetwork properties.
- The Device Asset Group, Line Asset Group and Junction Asset Group/Type Network attributes have been removed because Network Categories or the system Asset Group/Type Network Attributes should be used for Tracing and Subnetwork Definitions settings.
- The Data Dictionary has been replaced with reports generated from the Generate Schema Report geoprocessing tool.
- A network category of Heat Exchanger has been added to replace the use of the Device Asset Group in the subnetwork definition.
- The subnetwork definitions' condition barriers have been revised to align with the code changes of the Lifecycle Status Domain and to use the Heat Exchanger network category so that the definition is valid.
- The Equitable Property Value app now supports the option to share agricultural property information with the public in order to provide transparency in the agricultural valuation process.
- The Equitable Property Value app now includes an optional survey which allows the public to request an agricultural review of their property.
- The Fire Service Maps ArcGIS Pro project has been updated to resolve an issue related to the ReportLab Python package not working correctly, and additional revisions have been made to accommodate task workflow changes and improvements.
- The Bar, Millibar, Pascal and Kilopascal values have been added to the attribute domain Units_for_Pressure to support different units of measurement.
- TheWatt and Kilowatt values have been added to the attribute domain Units_for_Heat to support different units of measurement.
- The Ownedby and MaintainedBy fields have been added to P_PipeCrossing to track ownership information.
- The Cathodic Protection Traceability and P:Device Status Network Attributes have been changed to Inline Network Attributes to increase performance of tracing and subnetwork management.
- Data Dictionary has been replaced with reports generated from the Generate Schema Report geoprocessing tool.
- The ServiceSummary feature class has been removed because it is no longer required for reporting.
- Geoprocessing tools in the Military Ground Mobility Project have been updated to fix minor bugs and adjust output symbology.
- The Parcel Value Analysis app now includes advanced sales analytics for COD, COV, standard deviation, and absolute deviation, which provide greater understanding into the sales ratio statistics.
- The Parcel Value Analysis app now includes an optional agricultural analysis page, which enables staff a view into the agricultural property characteristics, land use, and soil distribution.
- The Device Asset Group, Line Asset Group and Junction Asset Group/Type network attributes have been removed as network categories. The system Asset Group/Type network attributes should be used for tracing and subnetwork definitions settings.

- A new SDG Indicator Editor app can be used to input and update SDG indicator definitions and goal statuses.
- The SDG Dashboard (Goal 1-17) web map layer feature display order has been updated to draw the highest geography level last. This ensures the smallest geography is drawn on top and is not covered by larger geographies.
- The Tax Reverted Property Dashboard header color has been updated to ensure consistency with other element colors.
- The Project Creator Notebook has been updated to resolve an error.
