Business Inclusion can be used to engage woman, veteran and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) owned businesses and support their retention and expansion in a community.
Unfortunately, the economy still isn't a place of equal opportunity and centuries of inequality still are prevalent in the world of small business. Thankfully, there are programs that attempt to remove barriers and provide an equal chance to succeed by helping woman, veteran and BIPOC businesses grow. Increasing business inclusion requires a robust and transparent public education campaign that engages businesses and provides access to grants or loans, as well as training, job opportunities, mentorship, and even better business opportunities. Business Inclusion is typically implemented by economic development departments, and other local government agencies that want to inventory woman, veteran and BIPOC businesses and promote an inclusive business community.
The Business Inclusion solution delivers a set of capabilities that help you engage local woman, veteran and BIPOC businesses, learn how to support their retention and expansion, and promote their businesses and job opportunities so economic prosperity is available to all.
