General improvements

3D Buildings
  • A new 3D Buildings ArcGIS Pro project fixes minor issues with steps within tasks.
Active Transportation Outreach
  • The Active Transportation Suggestions and Active Transportation Suggestion Manager apps have been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
Address Data Management
  • A new Address Data Management project with an updated Change GDB Spatial Reference tool has been added to support ArcGIS Pro 3.4.
Adopt-A-Hydrant
  • The Adopt-A-Hydrant Manager app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps instead of Crowdsource Manager.
  • The Fire Hydrant Volunteer Notebook has been updated with a new notebook runtime.
  • A new Adopt-A-Hydrant web map replaces the Fire Hydrants and Volunteers web maps.
  • The Fire Hydrant Viewer, Adopt-A-Hydrant, and Adopt-A-Hydrant Dashboard maps have been updated with improved cartography.
  • The Adopt-A-Hydrant ArcGIS Dashboards app has been updated to show all adopted hydrants in the list instead of only a selection.
  • The Fire Hydrant Viewer has been updated to support a new map with improved cartography.
Catch Basin and Outlet Inspections
  • The Outlet Planner app has been updated to resolve broken links (BUG-000171012).
Cemetery Management
  • The Cemetery Manager app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
Emergency Management Operations
  • The Emergency Information Manager app has been updated to group critical infrastructure by sector under the Understand Impact tab.
  • The Incident Status Dashboard app has been updated to utilize the CriticalInfrasctructure_dashboard and ImpactedArea_dashboard views in an Arcade expression, and the Weather Watches and Warning indicator has been removed.
Fire Accreditation Analysis
  • The Fire District Profile Report Template has been updated to resolve an issue where the Report Template was not visible by default in the Fire Accreditation Analysis ArcGIS Pro project.
  • A new Fire Accreditation Analysis ArcGIS Pro project that fixes a data source issue with the risk assessment layer used for criterion 5A.5.
Flood Impact Analysis
  • The Flood Impact Analysis ArcGIS Pro project now includes the following enhancements:
    • It now supports ArcGIS Pro 3.4.
    • New task steps have been added to verify that all user data is in the same coordinate system prior to completing the analysis.
    • The Getting to Know Flood Impact Analysis and How to Use Flood Impact Analysis task items have been combined into a single task item.
  • An update to the Create Flood Depth Geodatabase and Create WSE Geodatabase tools included with the ArcGIS Pro project resolves a reported issue to allow users to save to file paths with space in the folder name (BUG-000139874).
GIS Request Management
  • The GIS Service Request form has been updated to fix minor errors.
Mosquito Service Requests
  • The Mosquito Service Request and Mosquito Service Request Manager apps have been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
Mosquito Surveillance
  • The Mosquito Health Concerns and Mosquito Population Surveillance apps have been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
  • The Mosquito Health Concerns Summary and Mosquito Population Surveillance Charts apps have been updated to use ArcGIS Dashboards.
Mosquito Treatments
  • The Mosquito Adulticide Planning, Mosquito Spray Areas, and Mosquito Spray Exclusions Manager apps have been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
My Trash Services
  • The Trash Request Manager app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
Participatory Budgeting
  • The Participatory Budgeting and Participatory Budgeting Manager apps have been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
Roadway Management
  • The Roadway Management Center app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps to manage requests for service.
Sewer Utility Network Foundation
  • A data migration tutorial was added which includes sample data to guide users through the workflows.
  • The Utility Data Management Support toolbox has been updated to version 3.3.2.
    • The Create Simple Data Mapping tool had the following changes:
      • A new option has been added that includes all target classes in the workbook to support mapping source data to target classes not controlled by the utility network.
      • Notes were added to the Data Mapping workbook header columns to provide inline help.
      • The C_ tables from the asset package are exposed as targets for data mapping to support mapping data to the controller and association tables.
      • A new worksheet was added to the Data Mapping workbook to support creating associations related records (via spatial or relationship class) as part of the Create Migration Workspace process.
      • The Source Types and Data Loading Mapping table were added to the Data Mapping workbook to provide a single file that stores all required details for Create Simple Data Mapping and Create Migration Workspace.
      • A info worksheet was added to the Data Mapping workbook to provide information about each of the worksheets.
    • A new tool, Convert Subtypes to Classes, has been added to create a class for each subtype in the input class.
    • A new tool, Combine Classes, has been added to merge a series of classes into a single class that combines domains and fields.
    • A new parameter, Output Geodatabase Name, was added to the Summarize Utility Network Errors tool.
Sign Management
  • The Sign Management Center app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps to manage requests for service.
Signal Management
  • The Signal Management Center app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps to manage requests for service.
Stormwater Data Management
  • The Stormwater Editor app has been updated to fix an issue with the Search widget.
  • The Stormwater Dashboard app has been updated to fix an issue with summing of attributes of asset layers in widgets.
Streetlight Management
  • The Streetlight Management Center app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps to manage requests for service.
Street Sweeping Operations
  • The Street Sweeping Data Management ArcGIS Pro project was updated so that the Append Vehicle Data task now supports updating an existing vehicle record in addition to adding new vehicle records.
Vision Zero
  • The Transportation Hazard Reporter and Transportation Hazard Manager apps have been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
  • The Transportation Hazard Dashboard has been updated to use a single ArcGIS Dashboards app configured with a desktop and mobile view, rather than two separate ArcGIS Dashboards apps embedded within an ArcGIS Experience Builder app.
Walkout Survey
  • The Project Creator Notebook has been updated to resolve deprecations in the ArcGIS API for Python.

  • Capital Project Planning has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Capital Project Coordination.
  • Capital Project Tracking has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Capital Project Coordination.
  • Environmental Analysis has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Environmental Review.
  • Special Event Permitting and Operations has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Special Event Permitting and Special Event Operations.
  • Transit Outreach has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase.
