General improvements

Capital Project Planning

  • A new Community Health Assessment Planner ArcGIS Pro project.

Damage Assessment
  • A new Windshield Damage Report ArcGIS QuickCapture project.
Data Loading Tools
  • Updated the Data Loading Tools toolbox from version 2.7 to 2.9 - 3.0 aligning with your version of ArcGIS Pro.
  • Added a new geoprocessing tool Update Data Loading Workspace Schema, which creates a copy of a Data Loading Workspace and updates all mapping and domain workbooks.
  • Updated the Create Data Loading Workspace and Execute Data Loading tools.
  • The Data Loading Tools now support maintaining attachments and additional capabilities for preserving Global ID's.
  • Improved support for Feature Services across the Data Loading Tools toolbox.
  • Added support for loading data from feature class to table.
Emergency Management Operations
  • A new Incident Briefing app that uses the Portfolio app.
  • A new Emergency Management Maps ArcGIS Pro project.
Fire Incident Dashboard
  • A new Fire Incident Dashboard map and app.
  • A new FireServiceDistricts layer that resolves an issue where data could not loaded into the layer (BUG-000124358).

  • A new Special Event Command Center app.

  • A new Special Event Operations app that uses the Category Gallery.
  • Removed the Crowd Counter App.
  • Removed the Field Personnel spreadsheet to improve the management of mobile workers.
Special Event Permitting and Operations
  • A new Special Event Command Center app.
  • A new Special Event Operations Notebook.
  • A new Special Event Operations app that uses the Category Gallery.
  • Removed the Crowd Counter App.
  • Removed the Field Personnel spreadsheet to improve the management of mobile workers.

The Minimal Gallery app has been removed from the solution item for: Communications Data Management, District Energy Data Management, Gas Distribution Data Management, Lead Service Line Inventory, Sewer Data Management, Stormwater Data Management, and Water Distribution Data Management.

Lifecycle changes

  • The following State and Local Government solutions have been moved to Mature Lifecycle Phase: Citizen Science.
  • The following Business solutions have been moved to Mature Lifecycle Phase: Fusion Center, and Multi Source Data Feeds.
  • The following Public Safety solutions have been moved to Mature Lifecycle Phase: Fire Hydrant Inspection for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 - 10.8.1.
