General improvements
Adopt-A-Catch Basin- An update to the StormwaterSystem feature layer to support the Catch Basin and Outlet Inspections solution.
- A new Social Equity Analysis ArcGIS Pro project to support ArcGIS Pro 3.0.

Lifecycle changes
- The following State and Local Government solutions have been moved to Mature Lifecycle Phase: Coronavirus Business Reopening, Coronavirus Health Screening, Coronavirus Small Business Recovery, Coronavirus Testing Sites.
- The following Defense solution has been moved to Mature Lifecycle Phase: Coronavirus Force Readiness.
- The following Public Safety solutions have been moved to Mature Lifecycle Phase: Pre-Incident Plan Dashboard, Pre-Incident Plan Coordinator, Pre-Incident Plan Field Inventory, and Pre-Incident Plan Locator.
