In ArcGIS for Microsoft 365, you can use navigation tools to set the home or default extent of the map or restrict viewers of your map from navigating outside of a certain area.
Bookmarks are shortcuts to places on a map that a map viewer can use to zoom to a location. ArcGIS for Excel and ArcGIS for SharePoint users with appropriate permissions can create bookmarks to specific locations on the map based on the current map scale.
