If you have edit access to a site or page, you can add a survey to the site's layout using a survey card. The following configurations are available:
- Feature or embed—Use the Feature option to display a thumbnail and description of the survey alongside a configurable button to open the survey. The Embed options displays the surveys directly on the layout.
- Color palette—Use the Theme option if you want the survey's colors to adopt the site's theme colors. The Custom option to set text and background colors for the survey within the side panel. These colors do not impact site theme settings.
- Hide on mobile—Enable this setting to remove the survey from the layout to ensure loading times remain stable for sites and pages viewed on mobile devices. It is also recommended that this setting is enabled for surveys embedded on a site. This setting also impacts iframes embed on the site.
