Display a survey

Site and page editors can add a survey to the site or page layout using the Survey card.

To configure a Survey card, complete the following steps:

1. Open the site or page in edit mode on which the survey is to be displayed.
2. On the Customize panel, select Layout.
3. Drag a Survey card onto a row in the layout.
4. Choose Select survey, choose a survey, and select Save.
5. Select the Feature option to display a thumbnail and description of the survey alongside a configurable button to open the survey.
   • Under Appearance, for Color palette, use the Theme option if you want the survey's colors to adopt the site's theme colors. Use the Custom option to choose text and background colors for the survey (in the side panel). These colors do not impact site theme settings.
   • Under Options, enter Button text if needed. Select Hide on mobile if you don't have a mobile version of the application. Select Open in same tabto open the survey in the same tab (recommended for accessibility).
6. Select the Embed option to display a survey directly on the layout.
   • Under Options, set a Height value (in pixels).
   • Choose whether to show a header, description, and footer.
   • Select Hide on mobile if you don't have a mobile version of the application. This helps ensure loading times remain stable for sites and pages viewed on mobile devices.
   • Select Black & white theme if needed.
7. Select Save.
