1. Choose global or local
You can choose to display 3D content in two different scene environments: a global scene or a local scene.
2. Switch basemap
A basemap provides a background of geographical context for the content you display in a scene. When you create a new scene, choose a basemap from the collection in the basemap gallery.
3. Add layers
Layers are the contents of your story. They can include topics related to people, the earth, life, and imagery. You can add your own layers and layers shared by others.
4. Configure content
Configure content to improve your scene visualizations and help better tell your story. Scene Viewer allows you to configure scene content to use smart mapping styles for points, enable underground navigation, and change the scene background color.
5. Capture slides
Slides present specific views of your scene. Capture slides to preserve multiple views of the same scene.
6. Save scene
Save your scene so you can return to it later and share it with others.
