Available with Workflow Manager license.
The February 2026 update of ArcGIS Workflow Manager includes the following new features and enhanced functionality:
- You can see who closed a workflow item using a new closed_by property. It can be used as follows:
- In an SQL expression for custom or shared searches
- A display or sort field for shared searches
- A display field for shared charts
Note:
Jobs closed prior to the latest workflow item version include the property without a value.
- You can include associated extended property tables when you delete a job template.
- A jobUpdateLocation privilege is available for different roles. This privilege is required to update a job's location using ArcGIS REST API or ArcGIS API for Python.
- You can update a job's notes while a step is running.
- On the Manage page, you can click view in Work page
to open the job on the Work page. - You can display the child jobs associated with a job in the Details pane.
- When editing a diagram, you can search for a step in the diagram and zoom to it to review the step details.
