Organization settings are available to Administrators to set properties that apply to the entire organization including all projects and team members.
The organization settings sections are described below.
General
The General section includes settings to change the organization logo, view subscription status, and view image upload statistics. Image upload statistics are especially important for organizations with a custom subscription so administrators can monitor upload activity throughout the subscription term. Group the statistics by a time period, project, or user to visualize the information in a way that suits your needs. You can sort the table by interval, number of images, size, and pixels to gain a better understanding of the size and frequency of images that are uploaded in your organization. You can also export the image upload statistics as a .csv file for reporting and further analysis.
Forms
Create, edit, delete and assign default preflight and postflight checklists to all projects in the organization.
ArcGIS Enterprise
If your organization uses ArcGIS Enterprise and you want to publish data between Site Scan and ArcGIS Enterprise, establish a connection with your Enterprise portal.
User Authentication
Site Scan allows organization Administrators to configure and enforce the authentication method for team members to access your organization.
The first setting allows members to sign in to Site Scan by email or using their ArcGIS Online account. This is the default and least restrictive option.
The second setting enforces a requirement that all new and current members of your Site Scan organization must also be members of your ArcGIS Online organization. This can help enforce organization–specific login credentials used in your ArcGIS Online organization such as SAML or OAuth.
Note:
Enabling this setting does not restrict existing members who are not compliant with the setting from accessing your Site Scan organization. Instead, it enforces a restriction on how new users can be added to your Site Scan organization.
For example, if there are members of your organization who use the email sign in method rather than their ArcGIS Online account, they can still sign in and perform all app functions. They are presented with a warning each time they sign in notifying them that they do not comply with the organization’s user authentication requirement. Administrators can view which members are not compliant with the authentication requirement on the team members page. These users should take action to become compliant with their Site Scan organization’s requirement by using ArcGIS Online to sign in to Site Scan, described in more detail here.

API Tokens
Administrators of custom subscription organizations can create and manage API tokens to extend the capabilities of Site Scan into automated workflows or third-party applications. This setting is not available for organizations on the user subscription model.
When creating a token, you can choose the projects and access level to limit the functionality of the token to what is necessary for its intended use. The token secret value is generated and displayed upon creating the token. It must be copied at this time because you cannot see the token secret value after exiting the Create Token menu.
Information about the token is displayed in the API tokens menu, including the token name, access levels, user who created the token, creation date, and last request date. Administrators can delete tokens at any time, which immediately revokes all functionality of the token.
