The Fleet Management tab in Site Scan Manager stores data about your organization's flights, pilot activity, aircraft, and batteries. Those with Fleet Administrator or Fleet User permissions can access fleet management capabilities to manage this data.

Flights that were conducted in ArcGIS Flight are automatically stored and displayed on the Fleet Dashboard page. The flight information is used to feed statistics and charts showing your organization's total flight time and number of flights. You can adjust the time interval for which the data is filtered to obtain the statistics you need for reporting or review, such as the flight hours in your organization over the last year.
The Fleet Management tab also stores documents such as pilots' certifications and aircraft registrations. You can add expiration dates for documents for quick reference so you can know when documents are approaching expiration, or have passed their expiration date.
In the Add Item drop-down list, you can manually add individual aircraft, batteries, and flights that were conducted outside of ArcGIS Flight, or use batch import to import many aircraft, batteries, and flights at once. This allows your organization to use the Fleet Management tab as your authoritative source of drone fleet activity, regardless of which drone flight planning application is used and where your organization's flight history has been stored in the past.
To export flights, pilots, aircraft, or batteries as a .csv file, click the Export button above the data table of the corresponding Fleet Management page.
