The Team Members page provides a view of all members in the organization. Organization administrators can invite new team members, modify the permission levels of team members, and view more details about a team member.
Only organization administrators can manage team members. Read-Only users cannot view the members list. Full-Access users can see other members and their access level but cannot modify it.
Organization administrators can remove members by clicking Options and clicking Remove on any team member in the list.
The following list describes key information and functions on the Team Members page:
- Total users—Total number of Administrators, Full-Access, and Read-Only members in your organization.
- Total Licenses (Access and Operator)—Total number of Access and Operator licenses in use out of the total amount available in the organization's subscription.
- Operator Licenses—Total number of Operator licenses in use out of the total number available.
- Read-only users—Total number of Read-Only users. All Site Scan organizations can invite an unlimited number of Read-Only users and they do not affect the available license count.
- New Team Member—Administrators can add new members to the organization, set new member permission levels, and assign new members projects.
- Search—Search for a team member by typing the name. Results will filter as you type and are sorted alphabetically.
- Name—Click the Name header to flip the sort order. When you click a member's name, it shows a personalized team member menu. If the member uses their ArcGIS Online account in Site Scan, their ArcGIS Online username will appear underneath the name.
- Projects—This view shows the member's project permission level for each project in the organization. Administrators can use this page to modify the member's project permission for multiple projects.
- Pilot Profile—This view shows the member's flight history within the fleet management section of the app.
- Last Activity—Shows the last time the member signed in or used Site Scan. Click the Last Activity header to flip the sort order. There are cases in which the date is not displayed:
- Unknown—The member's last activity was prior to August 2022.
- Never—The member has been invited to Site Scan, but has never signed in. Administrators have an option to resend an invitation email to these members by clicking Resend invite.
- Operator check box—Indicates whether a user has Operator privileges.
Note:
Organizations using a custom subscription can self-manage Operator privileges. Organizations on a user subscription have a limited number of Operator licenses, and Operator privileges must be managed through Esri Technical Support or Customer Service.
- Fleet permission—Organization administrators can see and modify a member's fleet permission level. Organization administrators cannot be modified and are always Fleet Managers.
- Role—Organization administrators can view and modify a member's organization role.
