Recent ArcGIS Hub updates (December 2025 to February 2026) include enhancements and new functionality throughout the software such as new filters for gallery and catalog content, an improved workspace Overview pane, and improved dataset downloads on mobile devices.
Highlights are listed below:
- Editors can now filter gallery and catalog content by organization. This makes it easier to control which organization's content appears in galleries.
- The workspace Overview pane has been updated to organize your recently modified content in tabs by item type. Sites and pages now have an Edit layout button
to open an item in edit mode. - Public Hub sites now show a clear download option for files like PDFs, CSVs, and Shapefiles on mobile devices to access data without rotating the screen or leaving the site.
- You can now favorite a site directly from its homepage or pages. Signed-in users can add or remove sites from their favorites using the star icon to find those sites again later.
- Web Maps embedded on sites now open in Map Viewer instead of Map Viewer Classic.
