Map Notes can be used to improve organizational knowledge capture, collaboration, and information sharing.
Writing notes on a map, whether paper or digital, is a common way for people to capture information. At an organization, every map note created may contain valuable institutional information. Yet some organizations lack a standardized and secure way for staff to create map notes, triage notes to determine if action is necessary, institutionalize the knowledge and make it easily accessible. The Map Notes solution helps organizations overcome these challenges to increase the capture and sharing of institutional knowledge.
The Map Notes solution delivers a set of capabilities that helps organizations create, manage, share map notes as well as triage map notes that require action.
