Drawing an arrow

Esri Redistricting supports markup capabilities to district maps. You can add markup arrows to highlight important areas.

1. On the Review ribbon, click Draw Arrow .
2. Click to draw an arrow on the map.

   Hold the mouse button as you draw the arrow. The arrow draws on the map according to the location of the mouse. Release the mouse button to complete the arrow.

Once you have digitized a markup feature, you can apply customized attributes, such as changing the line color, transparency, or thickness. For more information on how to customize markup features, see Modifying markup attributes.
