Uninstalling previous versions of Business Analyst

    Available with Business Analyst license.

    The setup package is designed to detect an existing installation of Business Analyst. Products previous to version 10.8.2 must be uninstalled before installing Business Analyst.

    Note:

    Existing license manager users must uninstall previous versions of ArcGIS License Manager prior to installing the ArcGIS License Manager 10.8.2.

    To uninstall Business Analyst perform the following steps:

    1. Click Start > Control Panel (switch to Classic View, if necessary) and then Programs and Features.
    2. Select ArcGIS Business Analyst 10.8.1 Background Geoprocessing
    3. Select Remove to uninstall from your machine.
    4. Select ArcGIS Business Analyst 10.8.1.
    5. Select Remove to uninstall from your machine.
    Tip:

    To find out what ArcGIS products are currently installed on your machine, download the PatchFinder utility from the Esri support site and run it from your local machine.
