There are certain requirements to run ArcGIS AppStudio and AppStudio Player, as well as any apps created with AppStudio.
ArcGIS requirements
Anonymous users can download public apps in AppStudio Player, or use an app built with AppStudio that has been installed from an app store that doesn't require sign in. You can control who has access to your app by sharing it to your organization or a group.
The different user types and roles in ArcGIS organizations have access to different features of ArcGIS AppStudio. Refer to the following table for details, and for more information, see User types, roles, and privileges for ArcGIS Online or User types, roles, and privileges for ArcGIS Enterprise.

To connect your app to ArcGIS Server data or services, use ArcGIS Server 10.0 or later. To use ArcGIS Server data when your app is offline, use ArcGIS Server 10.2.2 or later.
AppStudio supports ArcGIS Runtime 100.15.1.
AppStudio app items can be saved in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. Portal for ArcGIS 10.4 and later are also supported for signing in and creating and uploading apps, and data stored in Portal for ArcGIS 10.2 or later can be used in your apps.

Caution:
An operating system can only be supported if it is also supported by the Qt SDK from The Qt Company.

The following are the minimum requirements for running ArcGIS AppStudio on Windows, macOS and Ubuntu devices.

The language used is determined by your device's language setting.
