What's new in June 2021 release

New solutions

AED Inventory

AED Inventory can be used to maintain an inventory of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and share the location of AEDs with internal stakeholders and the public.

Emergency Debris Management

Emergency Debris Management can be used to expedite initial debris clearance, assess volume, and monitor the removal of disaster debris accumulated on roads, right-of-ways, and public facilities.

Lead Service Line Inventory

Lead Service Line Inventory can be used to develop a lead service line inventory and monitor the replacement of service lines required to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule Revisions.

Outage Damage Assessment

Outage Damage Assessment can be used to perform damage assessments and respond to outages caused by severe weather conditions and emergency incidents.

Enhanced solutions

Coronavirus Recovery Dashboard
  • A new Coronavirus Recovery Dashboard and Coronavirus Recovery Mobile Dashboard that resolves an issue where the location selector fails to load in the new ArcGIS Dashboards app.
Coronavirus Vaccine Distribution Dashboard
  • A new Vaccine Distribution Reporter that resolves an issue where the location selector fails to load in the new ArcGIS Dashboards app.
Crime Analysis
  • A new Crime Analysis Add-In (2022.7.21) that includes support for ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and all languages supported in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.
  • A series of enhancements to the Crime Analysis ArcGIS Pro project.
Daily Activity Dashboard
  • A new Daily Activity Dashboard.
  • The Records Import Toolbox is no longer included in the solution and the capabilities have been replaced with the Update Feature with Incident Records toolbox in ArcGIS Pro.
Damage Assessment
  • A new Damage Assessment hub site that can be used to share damage assessment information with internal stakeholders and the public.
  • A new app that can be used by the public to view photos of property damage.
  • A new app that can be used by internal stakeholders to manage, monitor and administer damage assessments.
  • A new survey form that can be used to collect public damage reports.
  • A series of new survey forms that can be used to conduct Individual Assistance and Public Assistance assessments.

  • A new Situational Awareness Viewer and Operations Response app that includes updated map symbology and editing configurations.

  • A new Fire Incident Dashboard that includes the calculation of calls for service response times based on the 90th percentile.

  • A new Performance Management and Performance Management Mobile dashboard that resolves an issue where the location selector fails to load in the new ArcGIS Dashboards app.
Special Event Operations
  • A new Special Event Operations Notebook that adds support for ArcGIS Tracker with the Field Worker user type, incorporates schema updates made to the location tracking layer, and a resolution to an issue where Dispatchers needed additional licensing.

  • A new Special Event Operations Notebook that adds support for ArcGIS Tracker with the Field Worker user type, incorporates schema updates made to the location tracking layer, and a resolution to an issue where Dispatchers needed additional licensing.
Vaccine Coverage Analysis
  • Added support for single dose vaccines and revised vaccination rate calculation.
  • Resolved an issue in the Configure Existing Sites model that prevented the Append tool from functioning properly in ArcGIS Pro 2.8.
