ArcGIS Web AppBuilder retirement

ArcGIS Web AppBuilder is being retired. Web AppBuilder uses Esri's legacy ArcGIS API for Javascript (3.x), which is retired as of July 2024. The retirement of Web AppBuilder affects ArcGIS Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Enterprise, and the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder developer edition. For the full announcement, see the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Roadmap for Retirement ArcGIS Blog article.

You should consider migrating your apps to ArcGIS Experience Builder. It is recommended that you start new app projects in Experience Builder.
