Insights desktop
Insights desktop has the following minimum system requirements for Microsoft Windows computers:
- Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (Home, Pro, and Enterprise)
- CPU: Intel Core i3 or AMD Athlon Dual Core processor
- Memory/RAM: 8 GB
- Free disk space: 4 GB
- Screen resolution: 1280x768
Insights desktop has the following minimum system requirements for Mac computers:
- iMac or MacBook computers: 2012 version or newer (including computers with an Apple M1 processor)
- macOS Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey
- Free disk space: 4 GB
- Screen resolution: 1280x768
Insights in ArcGIS Enterprise
Insights in ArcGIS Enterprise supports the following operating systems:

Insights in ArcGIS Enterprise has the following minimum system requirements:
- Screen resolution: 1440x900
Note:
A minimum of 16 GB of memory/RAM is recommended for Insights in ArcGIS Enterprise deployments. This recommendation is higher than the 8 GB requirement for ArcGIS Enterprise.

Insights in ArcGIS Online has the following minimum system requirements:
