General improvements
Community Data Aggregation- Support for ArcGIS Pro 3.3.
- The new Community Risk Assessment app and Community Risk Profile report template resolve an issue that prevented the infographic from loading within the Community Risk Assessment app.
- The IndividualAssistance_survey and IndividualAssistance_report feature layer views and the Public Damage Report and Individual Assistance Survey forms, have been updated to address a reported and resolved issue that prevented publishing the surveys after updates (BUG-000176579). The following groups and items shared within those groups have been updated accordingly:
- Damage Assessment Mobile Users group
- Damage Assessment Results group
- Damage Assessment site
- Damage Assessment Operations app
- Windshield Damage Report project
- Damage Assessment Photo Viewer app
- The Emergency Debris Management Center app has been updated to replace ArcGIS Web AppBuilder references and capabilities with ArcGIS Web Editor or ArcGIS Experience Builder.
- The Load Ticket and Unload Ticket Surveys were updated to allow for adding videos.
- The Load Ticket, Unload Ticket, Debris Assessment Form, and Truck Certification Form surveys were updated to the latest version of Survey123.
- All web maps were updated with a new cartographic basemap.
- Additional items were shared to the Emergency Debris Assessors and Emergency Debris Monitors groups to better facilitate sharing.
- The My Environmental Reviews app has been updated to remove filters.
- The Environmental Screening app has been updated to remove the Justice40 Tracts layer.
- Added the Material field with the values (Unknown, Steel, Concrete, Brick) to the Boundary layer.
- Added a domain with the values (Bonded, Insulated) to the Bonded/Insulated field in the Fitting layer.
- Synchronized default values for 'maop' fields and 'lifecyclestatus' across multiple layers.
- A new Mowing Data Management ArcGIS Pro project to resolve an issue with vehicle data loading in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.
- An update to the Mower Vehicle Tracking Real Time Analytic and Mowing Operations Analytics Big Data Analytic to resolve an issue when calculating the local time zone during Daylight Saving Time (DST).
- The Mowing Operations Center ArcGIS Experience Builder app has been updated to a responsive design.
- The Parcel Value Analysis app has been updated to utilize the sample method of calculating the standard deviation.
- The Parcel Value Analysis app has been updated to limit mobile device access.
- Reclaimed Water Editor has been updated to use ArcGIS Web Editor instead of ArcGIS Instant Apps.
- The Reclaimed Water Data Manager ArcGIS Pro project was removed and replaced with configuration instructions to create your own Reclaimed Water Data Manager project.
- Editing feature service views have been replaced with source feature services.
- All Reclaimed Water Map Notes layers and apps have been removed from the solution. This capability is now available in the new Map Notes solution.
- The ROW Permit Comment app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
- The ROW Permit Locator app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
- The ROW Permit Manager app has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps.
- The ROW Permit Public Comment has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant apps.
- The ROW Permit Notebook app has been updated with a new notebook runtime.
- The ROW Permit Manager app has been updated to include a button to connect to the Road Closures ArcGIS Solution.
- A new Street Sweeping Data Management ArcGIS Pro project to resolve an issue with vehicle data loading in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.
- An update to the Sweeper Vehicle Tracking real time analytic, and the Sweeping Operations Analytics, Create Velocity Sweeper Routes, and Update Velocity Sweeper Routes big data analytics, to resolve an issue when calculating the local time zone during Daylight Saving Time (DST).
Lifecycle changes
Help documentation for solutions moved to the Mature lifecycle phase can be found on the Archived help page.
- Green Infrastructure Inspections has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Stormwater BMP Inspections.
- The following State and Local Government solutions have been moved to Mature Lifecycle Phase: Community Science and Transit Safety.
- Winter Weather Outreach has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Winter Weather Operations.
- All solutions for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 have been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Users may continue to use any previously deployed solution.
