ArcGIS pretrained models perform a variety of tasks that address business needs, such as extracting building footprints for urban planning, classifying structures for insurance purposes, generating change maps from time series data, or creating a pervious map for taxation purposes.
Each model is works with specific geographies, imagery types, and resolutions. However, these are not required. You can use tools and APIs in ArcGIS to fine-tune these models to your local geography, imagery, or features of interest. When fine-tuning a model, the volumes of training data and compute resources required to train it from scratch are no longer necessary.
