ArcGIS pretrained models can be used with tools in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
You can use the deep learning tools in ArcGIS Pro when working with the pretrained models. With these tools, you can select the raw geospatial data or imagery, select a model to run, and get the results as a layer that can be used for further visualization or analysis in ArcGIS. With ArcGIS Image Server, you can scale up the inferencing using raster analytics. ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online provides a software as a service (SaaS) offering for hosting, analyzing, and streaming imagery and includes deep learning tools that can be used with these models.
