ArcGIS pretrained models can be used with tools in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
You can use the deep learning tools in ArcGIS Pro when working with the pretrained models. With these tools, you can select the raw geospatial data or imagery, select a model to run, and get the results as a layer that can be used for further visualization or analysis in ArcGIS. With ArcGIS Image Server, you can scale up the inferencing using raster analytics. Additionally, pretrained models are available through ArcGIS Online for users with a Professional or Professional Plus user type.
