For the Esri Maps for SAP BusinessObjects add-on to operate properly, Esri assumes an operational configuration of the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform.

It is expected that the Esri Maps for SAP BusinessObjects add-on will operate in any certified configuration of SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.0 SP04 or later on the server side, and SAP Dashboards 4.0 SP05 or later on the client side. All Esri Maps for SAP BusinessObjects server-side components must be installed on a 64-bit system

Before you install the Esri Maps for SAP BusinessObjects components, the following software components must be installed and properly configured on your system:
Esri does not test all combinations of web browsers (and the underlying client operating systems) listed as supported by SAP BusinessObjects. Rather, a subset of web browsers is selected, and testing is performed on the most recent operating systems. Not all selected browsers are tested on all identified operating systems.
Esri performs robust testing on the Windows platform. The following table is a subset of the web browsers actively supported by SAP BusinessObjects. Full indicates a full test run was performed by Esri. Limited indicates testing that was limited in scope. SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.0 SP04 supports only 32-bit browsers.

Esri Maps for SAP BusinessObjects requires an ArcGIS subscription. This can be an ArcGIS Online organizational subscription or an on-premises Portal for ArcGIS deployment.
