General improvements
Combined Sewer Data Management- Pop-ups have been enabled on related tables in the Combined Sewer Field Editor to resolve an issue with adding related records in the field.
- Pop-ups have been enabled on related tables in the Communications Field Editor to resolve an issue with adding related records in the field.
- A new Daily Crimes Dashboard app, Daily Calls Dashboard app, Daily Crimes map, and Daily Calls For Service map improve filtering and simplify the user experience.
- The Electric Utility Network Expanded templates include the following updates:
- Added an attribute called Backbone, which is a network attribute to facilitate drawing and exporting just what the customer defines as the backbone of each subnetwork.
- Added a new Asset Group in Electric Device and Electric Junction Object for Low Voltage Arrester with Asset Types of Load Break, Surge, and Station.
- Removed systemgrounding attribute from Electric Junction class.
- Added Network Category of E:Relay, which is used in tracing and subnetwork definitions to prevent crossing subnetworks.
- Added a network terminal definition specific for network projects to provide more clarity for terminal assignment and rules.
- The Fire District Profile Report Template has been updated to leverage Esri 2025 variables.
- The Military Ground Mobility toolbox has been updated from a Python toolbox (.pyt) file to an ArcGIS toolbox (.atbx) file.
- The Cross Country Mobility tool has the following changes:
- The tool now supports mosaic datasets for the input elevation, land cover, and soil raster parameters.
- Visual Navigation (VISNAV) Soilscape data is supported as soil raster and soil classification inputs.
- Transportation waterways are supported vector inputs from Ground-Warfighter Geospatial Data Model (GGDM) and Topographic Data Store (TDS) data.
- Parallel processing was added to spread geoprocessing operations across multiple processes and improve performance.
- The Cross Country Mobility tool has the following changes:
- The Path Planner Web tool has been added to support publishing to ArcGIS Enterprise. This enhancement enables the use of optimized fiber routing directly in a web environment.
- The ArcGIS Pro project includes new and updated tasks that walk users through the new functionality.

- The Sign Editor ArcGIS Field Maps map and ArcGIS Experience Builder app have been updated to address a reported and resolved issue with the Sign ID and Pole ID calculated expressions that prevented capturing signs and poles in ArcGIS Field Maps.
- The Signal Editor ArcGIS Field Maps map and ArcGIS Experience Builder app have been updated to address a reported and resolved issue with the Signal ID, Pole ID, and Cabinet ID calculated expressions that prevented capturing signals, poles, and cabinets in ArcGIS Field Maps.
- The Streetlight Editor ArcGIS Field Maps map and ArcGIS Experience Builder app have been updated to address a reported and resolved issue with the Streetlight ID, Pole ID, and Cabinet ID calculated expressions that prevented capturing streetlights, poles, and cabinets in ArcGIS Field Maps.
- The Wildfire Mitigation Planner Experience Builder app and its dependent items have been updated to allow editing only on the WildfireMitigationActivities layer.
- The Wildfire Protection Planning ArcGIS Pro project now includes the following enhancements:
- The task items have been simplified to improve parts of the existing workflow.
- The Building Footprints layer schema has been updated to include building information.
- The Structures at Risk layer has been renamed to Structures in WUI Zones.
- The Area of Interest layer has been renamed to Location and Community Authority and is now used to inform rather than define analytical areas of interest for historical wildfires and defensible space workflows.
- The defensible space ranking has been updated to percentage of area rather than square footage.
- Symbology has been updated and a project style has been included for easier visualization of user-produced analytical outputs.
Lifecycle changes
- The Electric Overhead Inspections solution has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Electric Distribution Inspections.
- The Electric Underground Inspections solution has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities have been replaced with Electric Distribution Inspections.
- The Outage Damage Assessment solution has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase.
- The following State and Local Government solutions have been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase: Business Resilience, Conservation Outreach, Protection Operations, and Wildlife Management.
- All solutions for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 have been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Users may continue to use any previously deployed solution.
