Readiness Management can be used to understand and communicate comprehensive unit readiness.
It provides leadership an understanding of available personnel and allows them to share authoritative data of assigned and attached forces. Maintaining an accurate record of unit readiness enhances a unit’s ability to quickly respond to requests for assistance from civilian authorities. Readiness Management is typically implemented by the National Guard and other service branches that want to take a data-driven approach to understanding unit readiness.
The Readiness Management solution delivers a set of capabilities that help you understand the operational capacity of a force, monitor the status of units, and communicate capabilities and disruptions to leadership and staff.
