The data collected by ArcGIS Monitor consists of several resources that represent common data entities. Dataviews are data query compositions that are used to populate charts and indicators in analysis views.
Several system dataviews are included in Monitor that power many of the system displays and can be used in analysis views. If the resources that you want to visualize aren't available in a system dataview, you can create a custom dataview or duplicate a system dataview and customize it to join and filter the data that you want to display.
