Share an app

Complete these steps to share an app:

1. Go to the Apps page in an ArcGIS GeoBIM project.
2. Click the Shared: No One button for the app.

   Note:

   The associated ArcGIS GeoBIM project must be shared with your organization before you can share an app.

3. Choose one of the following sharing options:
   • Owner—Only the app owner can access the app.
   • Organization—All members of the organization can access the app.
   • Group—The selected groups within your organization can access the app.
4. Click OK.

   

   You have now shared an app to the selected sharing level.
