The Visual CGA Editor 
is an alternative to the CGA Editor 
that allows users to create procedural models in CityEngine visually, through a node based programming interface.
Visual CGA (VCGA) is released in beta to offer you early access and the opportunity to give feedback through the CityEngine community forum.
Download the VCGA Playground example to have access to the following:
- Multiple examples for VCGA design.
- A rich CGA Component library. CGA Components are nodes in a VCGA design; you can use the library to create your own designs.
Open CityEngine 2023.1 and click Help > Download Tutorials and Examples > Example VCGA Playground 2023.1 in the main menu. The Example VCGA Playground 2023.1 project is automatically downloaded and added to your CityEngine workspace.
You can also access the VCGA Playground example on ArcGIS Online. There are accompanying video tutorials to help get you started.
