Adopt-A-Catch Basin- A new StormwaterSystem feature layer that continues support for the Stormwater Data Management solution.
- The Adopt-A-Catch Basin Manager app has been updated to ArcGIS Instant Apps.
- The Catch Basin Volunteer Notebook app has been updated with a new notebook runtime.
- Catch Basin and Outlet Inspection Center has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps instead of ArcGIS Experience Builder.
- Catch Basin and Outlet Inspection Editor has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps instead of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.
- Catch Basin and Outlet Inspection Viewer has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps instead of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.

- Fields and domains on all layers have been changed from short integer to string field types when appropriate.
- Combined Sewer Viewer has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps instead of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.
- Combined Sewer Editor has been updated to use ArcGIS Web Editor instead of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.
- The Combined Sewer Mobile Viewer map has been replaced by the Combined Sewer Viewer map.

- A new Crime Problem Analyst ArcGIS Pro project replaces the Problem Identification project, provides a simpler experience for documenting crime problems, and includes sample data and an example output for the Weighted Displacement Difference tool.
- A new Crime Problem Manager app consolidates functionality from the Problem Response Planner and Problem Response Coordinator apps into a streamlined and mobile-friendly experience for planning and managing crime problem responses.
- A new Crime Problem Dashboard replaces the Problem Response Monitor app, providing a simplified and mobile-friendly experience for monitoring crime problem responses.
- The Problem Response Successes app has been deprecated to reduce solution complexity.
- The Electric Utility Network Expanded templates include the following updates:
- A new asset group representing High Voltage sections has been added to Electric Device to maintain Transmission Line sections in Batch Trace.
- An asset group and asset types have been added to Transmission Section start and end locations to accurately represent the start and end locations of Transmission Sections.
- The Electric Utility Network Expanded and Electric Unbalanced Distribution Essentials templates include the following updates:
- The kvar notation has been corrected to kVAR to ensure proper notation.
- Flying Tap (Medium and Low Voltage) asset type and an attribute to indicate that a tap is a flying tap, have been added to accurately represent these assets.
- The totalratedpower attribute has been added to Electric Device to better support nonspatial representation of total power rating for banks.
- Voltage fields have been removed as network attributes to streamline the network attributes.
- A clean up of general utility network rules has been performed to improve overall connectivity.
- A related table for Conductor Details related to Electric Line has been added to leverage in export subnetwork at ArcGIS Pro 3.5.
- A domain for Fuse Type has been added and assigned to optype attribute to accurately represent fuse types.
- An Electric_Switch_Function domain has been added and a switchfunction attribute has been created to allow tracing of switchable devices by lower-level functions.
- The Electric Unbalanced Distribution Essentials templates include the following updates:
- Pad to Structure Junction has been added for proper representation.

- The solution now includes an Electric Transmission Utility Network Essentials ArcGIS Pro project with a fundamental schema.
- The Utility Data Management Support (UDMS) toolbox has been removed from the solution and can now be downloaded from the GitHub page.
- Standardized ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing route name field lengths to ensure consistency.
- Editor tracking fields have been updated for consistency across solutions.
- Removed tasks from the ArcGIS Pro project and replaced them with online documentation to provide more accessible and up-to-date resources.
- The ArcGIS Pro project now includes a single Asset Type map to simplify setup and configuration.
- Style files have been simplified and standardized to ensure consistency.

- The Winter Weather Operations solution includes the following notable changes from version 1.1 to version 2.0:
- The Winter Weather Outreach solution has been retired and replaced with several new apps delivered in the Winter Weather Operations solution.
- The Winter Operations Notebook has been removed and replaced with new functionality in the Winter Operations Center app and the Winter Operations Analytics scheduled big data analytic.
- A new Winter Operations feature service replaces SnowRoutes, ServiceAreas, OperationsManagement, and FieldOperations feature services from version 1.1, and a new data pipeline helps users migrate data from v1.1 to v2.0.
- New and updated apps supporting winter operations include: Winter Operations Center Web Experience, Winter Operations ArcGIS Dashboard, Winter Season ArcGIS Dashboard, Winter Material Reporting Survey123 form, Winter Status Reporter ArcGIS QuickCapture project, Winter Weather Data Management, and Winter Request Manager Instant app.
- New and updated apps for sharing winter response information with the public include: Safe Winter Roads ArcGIS Hub site, Snow Route Status ArcGIS Dashboard, Snow Route Status Lookup Instant App, Snow Routes and Restrictions Instant App, and the Winter Request Survey123 form.
- An update to the Winter Operations Center app now includes the following enhancements:
- An update to vehicle management workflows and the Snowplows page aligns with the Street Sweeping Operations and Mowing Operations solutions to help users manage a single inventory of vehicle assets that support different operations throughout the year.
- An update to the Events page helps users define separate phases within an active event, so changes in shift, service level, type of operation or weather observed can be tracked and compared alongside key performance metrics such as roads serviced, number of passes, distance traveled and materials used.
- An update to the Events page helps users schedule events and phases to start and stop at specified times.
- The Winter Fleet Tracking real-time analytic has been replaced with the Winter Vehicle Tracking real-time analytic.
- The Vehicles_servicestatus Feed has been replaced with the Vehicles and Last Service Status Feed.
- The Snow Route Status big data analytic has been replaced by the Winter Operations Analytics big data analytic and includes the following enhancements:
- The number of passes and the history of completed service is recorded for each side of the road and tracked for each event and phase.
- Distance traveled metrics are now summarized by in-service status as well as total distance traveled.
- Material usage metrics now include both liquid and solid material reports and account for reported corrections.
- New outputs layers, Event Service Summary and Phase Service Summary, helps users visualize what the last service status of roads were at the end of each phase and event, and helps users compare their response activity over the course of the season.
- Key performance metrics are now summarized and written directly to the event and phase tables, helping users store and compare key metrics for winter events over multiple seasons.
