Enhanced solutions
Adopt-A-Hydrant- The WaterDistributionSystem feature layer and feature layer views have been updated to provide more detailed attribution for supply features and to add support for editor tracking fields.
- The Adopt-A-Hydrant Dashboard, Adopt-A-Hydrant Manager, Adopt-A-Hydrant, and Fire Hydrant Viewer web maps and apps have been updated to use the new feature layer and feature layer views.
- The Fire Hydrant Adoption form has been updated to use the new Hydrants_adopt feature service view.
- The Adopt-A-Hydrant ArcGIS Hub site was updated to use the new feature services, web maps, and apps.
- The Adopt-A-Hydrant Manager and Approved Hydrant Volunteers groups have been updated to resolve an issue where the groups did not deploy with the solution.
- The WaterDistributionSystem feature layer has been updated to support the Water Distribution Data Management solution.
- The CommunicationsSystem feature service has been updated to include new functionality:
- Fields and domains on all layers have been changed from short integer to string field types when appropriate.
- Cable layers have been merged into a single cable layer.
- The Wire Aerial Support and Wire Trench layers have been merged into the Cable layer, with asset types now symbolized as Aerial or Underground instead of as Fiber, Coax, or Copper.
- Cable component layers have been separated into individual layers (Network Interface Unit, Hub Terminator, Splice Enclosure, and Spare Cable).
- The Handholes, Vault, Manhole, and Pedestal layers have been merged into the Structure layer.
- The Wire Aerial Support, Wire Trench, Wire Duct Bank layers have been removed.
- The Splitter and Mid Cable Splice Enclosure asset types have been removed.
- Communications Viewer has been updated to use ArcGIS Instant Apps instead of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.
- Communications Editor has been updated to use ArcGIS Web Editor instead of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.

- Communications Asset Collector has been renamed to Communications Field Editor.
