General improvements
Emergency Management Operations
- The Emergency Information Manager map and Emergency Information Manager app have been updated to display “Last update” times in proper military-time format.
- The Incident Status Dashboard map and Incident Status Dashboard app have been updated to display “Last update” times in proper military-time format, to filter “Active Incident = Yes” on the Detours feature layer, and to include a 3-minute refresh interval.
- The Public Information map, Public Information app, Notices and Evacuations app, Past Public Messaging Dashboard app, Public Emergency Messaging Dashboard app, and Emergency Management Information ArcGIS Hub site now include a filter “Active Incident = Yes” on the Detours feature layer.
- The new Military Overlay ArcGIS Pro project replaces the Military Overlay 2525D ArcGIS Pro project to improve usability when working with a standard different from the sample data.
- Network locations now include a parameter that creates individual routes from each network location to the associated target location.
- Revisions to the Path Planner tool improve performance for large datasets.
- The Parking Inventory app has been updated to use ArcGIS Experience Builder instead of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.
- The Parking Locator Instant Apps app has been updated to include the ability to search for parking assets using the current map extent.
- The Public Parking ArcGIS Hub site has been updated to work with the updated Parking Locator app.
- ArcGIS Pro tasks in the ROW and Easement Data Management project have been updated to clarify the workflow for configuring a multi-user editing environment.
- The Special Event Permit Manager map, Special Event Permit Manager app, and Special Event Permit Manager group have been updated to resolve a bug where clicking the Copy Previous Site and Operations Maps button in the Special Event Permit Manager app failed to open the Copy Previous Site and Operations Maps notebook. These updates address a previously reported and solved issue (BUG-000163389).
- ArcGIS Pro tasks in the Tax Parcel Data Management project have been updated to clarify the workflow for configuring a multi-user editing environment.
Lifecycle changes
Help documentation for solutions moved to the Mature lifecycle phase can be found on the Archived help page.
- Homelessness Outreach has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Capabilities of the inventory and locator apps have been replaced with Community Health Outreach.
- Homelessness Risk Reduction has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase.
- Transportation 511 has been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase.
- All solutions for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 have been moved to the Mature lifecycle phase. Users may continue to use any previously deployed solution.
