Users can discuss plan or project scenarios in Urban in the following ways:
- Public feedback—Comments are visible to everyone.
- Internal discussions—Comments are only accessible to users with the appropriate permissions.
For both types of discussions, you can configure feedback categories to provide additional context to a comment. To allow public feedback, you must enable public engagement in the data manager. Additionally, you must configure discussions for each plan or project individually. See Allow feedback and discussion to learn more about enabling public feedback and internal discussions for plans and projects.
