In Track Viewer, click Resources to access help.

Tip:

Resources opens help on the Esri website, which always reflects the latest version of Track Viewer. If you are using an earlier version of Track Viewer, you can use help installed on your portal that is specific to your version of Track Viewer. The help local to your portal can be accessed by adding /help at the end of the URL to Track Viewer, for example, https://host.domain.com/webadaptor/apps/trackviewer/help.

Upgrade

When a new version of Track Viewer is available, upgrade to it by uninstalling your existing version and installing the new version. Your track views aren't affected or modified by this process.

If you upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise, you might need to upgrade Track Viewer as well. Specific versions of Track Viewer are supported on specific versions of ArcGIS Enterprise. See Supported versions. You must remove Track Viewer before installing the new version.

Uninstall

If you no longer need to use Track Viewer, you can uninstall it from ArcGIS Enterprise.

  1. Open the Control Panel and click Programs and Features.
  2. In the Programs list, right-click Track Viewer and click Uninstall.
