The latest update of ArcGIS for Teams includes the following quality enhancements and functionality:
- You can now open and save items specifically at the sharing levels of My Organization, My Content, or Everyone (Public), and specifically select which groups in your ArcGIS organization you want to share them directly to, when collaborating on a map in sketch and annotation.
- Sharing levels of ArcGIS items and their accessibility in ArcGIS for Teams can be managed by opening the Viewer tab. When accessing ArcGIS items through other Microsoft Teams features such as Chats, Meetings, or Teams channels, the items are organized as tabs using the ArcGIS for Teams Add a Tab feature.
- As an organization's administrator, you can add members by assigning user types and privileges. You can also delete or remove members from your organization.
