Credits are the currency used in ArcGIS.
The number of credits available to you depends on your user type and your organization's credit budget. The amount of credits you need depends on the processes you use, each of which has associated costs.
Credit consuming capabilities
The following are other ArcGIS capabilities and user actions in ArcGIS for Microsoft 365 that consume credits:
