Manage your ArcGIS for Teams account

To get information about your ArcGIS for Teams account or organization, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the pinned ArcGIS for Teams chat in your chat list to open ArcGIS for Teams in a personal scope.
  2. Click the Options tab.

  3. If you are not signed in, sign in to your ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise account.
  4. Click Go to portal.

    When you are signed in to your ArcGIS Online account, the portal opens the ArcGIS Viewer tab.

    When you are signed in to your ArcGIS Enterprise account, the portal opens your ArcGIS Enterprise organization home page in a browser.

    The portal contains information about your ArcGIS account, profile, and organization, including the following:

    • Organization—Review information about your organization, such as subscription details and credit status, and messages about upcoming system maintenance.
    • Profile—View and edit basic information about your user account, such as your username, profile photo, biographical information, and profile visibility. Your profile page may also include information such as the list of groups to which you belong, the number of items you own, and a gallery of your most frequently shared items.
