Share an app

Complete these steps to share an app:

1. Go to the Apps page in an ArcGIS GeoBIM project.
2. Click the Sharing Level button on the app card.

   Share item window opens

   Note:

   The associated ArcGIS GeoBIM project must be shared with your organization or a group before you can share an app.

3. Choose one of the following sharing options:
   • Owner—Only the app owner can access the app.
   • Organization—All members of the organization can access the app.
4. Optionally, select any Groups that you want to share the app with.
5. Click OK.

   The sharing level icon updates based on the settings you applied in the Share item window.
