Updates to ArcGIS Field Maps are released throughout the year for both the Field Maps mobile app and the Field Maps Designer web app. The Field Maps mobile app is supported on Android and iOS devices, and the Field Maps Designer web app is supported on ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.

Mobile app—24.1.2 and 24.1.3 (Android)
The 24.1.2 and 24.1.3 releases of the Field Maps mobile app on Android include the following:

The 24.1.0 release of the Field Maps mobile app on Android, iOS, and Windows 11 includes the following:
- Display read-only text on the form.
- Work with maps that have the markup tool disabled.

Web app—ArcGIS Online
The latest version of the Field Maps Designer web app on ArcGIS Online was released in February 2024. It includes the following:
- Define the coordinate system used when creating layers.
- Determine whether m-values are stored when creating layers.
- Add Info elements to provide read-only text on the form.
- Disable the markup tool to prevent mobile workers from capturing sketches and notes on the map.
- Reorder layers on the map and manage group layers.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
Web app—ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2
The Field Maps web app on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 was released in November 2023. It includes the following:
- The Field Maps web app has been named Field Maps Designer.
- Set dynamic form behavior with an improved expression experience.
- Reuse forms across maps by saving changes to the layer.
- Customize geofences with Arcade expressions.
- Set the required GPS fix type threshold.
- Block or warn users when manual locations are being used to collect features.
- Use additional Arcade functions (such as FeatureSet) when creating editable, required, and visible form expressions.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
