You can sign in to Business Analyst Mobile App using either ArcGIS Online credentials or an ArcGIS Enterprise login. The first time you open the mobile app, you may receive a pop-up message about allowing the app to use your location. You must select Always or When using the app to use all the capabilities in the app.
Note:
For faster sign in, biometric authentication is supported using Touch ID and Face ID for iOS devices or fingerprint authentication for Android devices. Biometric authentication can be set in app preferences.
Sign in using ArcGIS Online credentials
To sign in to Business Analyst Mobile App using ArcGIS Online credentials, do the following:
- To launch Business Analyst Mobile App on your mobile device, tap ArcGIS BA
.The start screen appears.
- Tap Sign in to ArcGIS Online. Enter your ArcGIS Online username and password then tap Sign In.
Sign in using an ArcGIS Enterprise login
Administrators can configure enterprise login for your organization. When configured, you can sign in using ArcGIS Enterprise credentials. To sign in using an ArcGIS Enterprise login, do the following:
- To launch Business Analyst Mobile App on your mobile device, tap ArcGIS BA .
The start screen appears.
- To sign in using your organization's URL, do either of the following:
- Tap Sign in to ArcGIS Online and tap Your ArcGIS organization's URL. To access your organization's enterprise account, enter the subdomain name provided by your administrator. Tap Continue. Enter your enterprise username and password then tap Sign In.
- Tap Sign in to ArcGIS Enterprise. In the Enter ArcGIS Enterprise portal URL window, enter the portal URL provided by your administrator. Tap OK. Enter your enterprise username and password then tap Sign In.
