A partnered collaboration allows other ArcGIS Online organizations to participate and contribute to jobs in ArcGIS Workflow Manager. In a partnered collaboration, organizations designate members as collaboration coordinators to represent their organization, and use shared groups to allow others to create, access, and run jobs in shared workflow items.
The following access limitations exist for workflow items in partnered collaborations:
- Access to a shared workflow item in a partnered organization is determined by privileges assigned to the collaboration group. However, users will not be able access the Design page. Only members of the organization that owns the workflow item can administer it.
- Access to advanced functionality is determined by whether the organization that owns the workflow item has an ArcGIS Workflow Manager Standard organization extension or an ArcGIS Workflow Manager Advanced organization extension.
