Available with Workflow Manager license.
A partnered collaboration establishes trust between ArcGIS Online organizations so that content can be shared. In a collaboration, partnered organizations designate members as collaboration coordinators to represent their organization.
After establishing a partnered collaboration, you can create groups to share content between organizations. You can also use existing groups that you own if they are configured to allow members of any organization to join.
Partnered collaborations allow you to share your workflow item with other ArcGIS Online organizations. Users can then access your workflow item to create and run jobs.

- The partnered organization must have a Workflow Manager license.
- For partnered organizations, access to advanced functionality depends on whether the item belongs to an organization with the Workflow Manager standard or Workflow Manager advanced extension.
