Alerts in ArcGIS Monitor are rules with user-configurable metric thresholds that are used to identify and track the health, usage, and the performance of registered components. Alerts provide three status levels—Info, Warning, and Critical—that allow you to individually configure thresholds for each registered component to account for differences in load, system resources, and so on. When metric values for a registered component fall outside of its configured range of values, an alert is created and its status level and state appears on the Alerts page.
