View your profile and account settings

You can view your profile and account settings in ArcGIS for Microsoft 365.

To view your user profile and account settings, complete the following steps:

  1. To view details about the account you used to access ArcGIS for Microsoft 365, click the Settings button Settings in the map tools.

    The Login | Settings pane appears.

  2. To view your user settings, click the Login | Settings tab.

Options

The following options are available in the Settings pane:

Login | Settings

The Login | Settings tab Settings shows account information to users who are signed into an ArcGIS organizational account; guest users are prompted to learn more.

Feedback

A link to the ArcGIS for Microsoft 365 Esri Community page is available in the Feedback tab Feedback. Use Esri Community to search for answers to common ArcGIS for Microsoft 365 questions, get help from users and developers, and submit feedback to improve the product.

Help center

A link to the ArcGIS for Microsoft 365 reference content is available from the Help center tab Help center.

Current version

The version of your Microsoft component is listed in the Current version section on the Settings tab Settings.

Send usage data to Esri

The Esri User Experience Improvement (EUEI) program is a voluntary agreement between you and Esri that allows Esri to collect anonymous data about ArcGIS for Microsoft 365. You can manage your EUEI permissions from the Send usage data to Esri section on the Settings tab Settings. Turn on the Send usage data to Esri toggle button to allow anonymous usage data to be collected occasionally. This setting is off by default.

Embed and publish check

Specific requirements must be met to publish or embed an ArcGIS for Power BI map in a website. If you are signed in to an ArcGIS account, you can confirm that your content meets these requirements from the Embed and publish check section on the Settings tab Settings.
