Zoom to the combined area of layers
You can have your map automatically zoom to display the combined area of specific layers each time it is loaded in a report. You turn on this behavior using the Zoom on load setting on each layer you want to include in the combined zoom area.
- In the Contents pane, select the Configure layer button
beside a layer you want to include in the combined zoom area. - Use the On/Off selector beside Zoom on load to turn on this setting for the layer.
- Repeat these steps for any other layers you want to include in the combined zoom area.
Each time the report is run, the map will automatically zoom to show the combined area of all the layers for which the Zoom on load setting was turned on.
Note:
If a layer contains only a single point, when the layer is updated, the map will center on the selected point and maintain the current map extent.
