Upload ArcGIS Field Maps issues to Autodesk Construction Cloud

Issues created in ArcGIS Field Maps are not directly uploaded to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). All New Field Maps issues must be uploaded to ACC from within the ArcGIS GeoBIM app.

Complete the following steps to upload ArcGIS Field Maps issues to ACC:

  1. Go to the Apps page.
  2. Open an app for an ArcGIS GeoBIM project that is enabled with ArcGIS Field Maps.
  3. In the app, select the Issues layer in the Table widget.
  4. Click Select a Filter Select a filter and click New Field Maps issues.

    Issues created in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app appear in the table and all are selected.

    Note:

    Any issues created in ArcGIS Field Maps that have already been uploaded to ACC will not display.

  5. Click the Upload button Upload issues to to batch upload all selected ArcGIS Field Maps issues to Autodesk Construction Cloud.

    After the upload is complete, a success message appears and the uploaded issues are removed from the New Field Maps issues filter. To show all issues in the table again, click Select a Filter Select a filter.

    Note:

    The symbology of the New Field Maps issues updates in the map and scene after upload to ACC. Open the Legend tab in the Layers widget to view the symbology of the Issues layer.
