The ArcGIS GeoBIM app allows you to edit ArcGIS Field Maps issues before uploading them to the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). This is useful if you need to review or amend issue details, such as Description or Due Date, prior to upload. You can also delete the ArcGIS Field Maps issues if, for example, they have already been rectified or if they do not warrant upload to the ACC project.
Edit Field Maps issues in the ArcGIS GeoBIM app
Complete the following steps to edit Field Maps issues in the ArcGIS GeoBIM app:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Open an app for an ArcGIS GeoBIM project that is enabled with ArcGIS Field Maps.
- In the app, select the Issues layer in the Table widget.
- Click the Select a Filter button
and click New Field Maps issues.Issues created in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app appear in the table and all are selected.
Note:
Any issues created in ArcGIS Field Maps that have already been uploaded to ACC will not display.
- Select a single issue from the table.
Note:
You can only edit one issue at a time.
- Click Select an action
in the Table and select Edit issue.The Edit issue form appears and displays the attributes that were set for the issue in ArcGIS Field Maps.
- Update the fields in the Edit issue form with your desired changes.
- Click Upload at the bottom of the Edit issue form.
The Edit issue form will start to process, and the issue is then uploaded to ACC. Once upload is complete, the Edit issue form will default back to the Create New Issue form.
Delete Field Maps issues in the ArcGIS GeoBIM app
Complete the following steps to delete Field Maps issues in the ArcGIS GeoBIM app:
- Select a new Field Maps issue from the table.
- Click the Edit button and select Delete issue.
A delete confirmation window appears.
- Click Yes to delete the new Field Maps issue.
The issue is removed from the map and scene, as well as the Issues table.
