Release notes for ArcGIS GeoBIM for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3

ArcGIS Enterprise (11.3)    |

This is the initial release for ArcGIS GeoBIM for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3.

Known issues

The following are known issues in this release:

  • If you enable ArcGIS Field Maps for an ArcGIS GeoBIM project, the Delete button is disabled for the project on the Projects page in ArcGIS GeoBIM. This is an expected behavior since there is a layer view (<your project name> Service View for Field) added for the project.
    • Workaround: To delete the ArcGIS GeoBIM project, ensure that you first delete the newly added layer view from your content in ArcGIS Online.
  • Prior selections are retained in the Link Explorer, which results in features from different layers showing in the results.
    • Workaround: You can either select the previous or next feature in the Link Explorer to get to the desired feature or remove the prior selection before selecting the desired feature.
  • You cannot edit Issue location for BIM 360 Issues using the Editor tool in ArcGIS GeoBIM. You can only store GPS coordinates for Autodesk Construction Cloud Issues at this time.
  • The maximum amount of projects you can select manually from your BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud account on the Accounts page is 27 due to the limitations of the default "AuthDetails" field string length on the Accounts table.
    • Workaround: if you select All projects on the Accounts page, it allows you to have over 27 projects. You can also delete the AuthDetails field in the Accounts table and recreate it with a higher string quota. This allows you to select more projects manually.
  • The Sub-Type chart does not display correctly in ArcGIS GeoBIM Dashboard apps on Linux environments.
  • The Editor widget breaks when layers fail to load in ArcGIS GeoBIM. This might be because they are not shared with you or they might be corrupted.
    • Workaround: You must remove the layers that failed to load in ArcGIS GeoBIM for the Editor work again.
