Settlement Points:

These settlement points were created using 2023 OpenStreetMap (OSM) Building Footprints, Microsoft Global ML Building Footprints. More information about the data can be found at https:// www.openstreetmap.org and https://github.com/microsoft/GlobalMLBuildingFootprints. The buildings were constrained to include only residential housing units. The buildings were verified and improved upon using the latest Esri imagery.
